R K Machine Tools Ltd, has a state of art Heat Treatment facility with furnaces such as Bogie Hearth (2m x 3m) Furnace with arrangement of water as well as oil queching, Complete Graph Recorder, Oil Fired Heat Treatment Furnace , atmospherically controlled pit type and Electric Hardening Furnaces thus ensuring complete heat treatment solutions.
Surface Treatment
We have Shot Blasting Machines, Shot Peening Machines, Paint Shops with Baking arrangements, Phosphating Plants ans Zinc Coating and Golden Pacification equipments
Pressure Die Casting
We also manufacture various critical Pressure Die Components in Aluminium alloys ans Zinc alloys.
We have one 60 ton Machine of Bobler (Swizerland make).
