Foundry Division
We provide a variety of Castings in Alloy Steel in weights ranging from 1/2 kg to 1000 kg in a wide range of material composition. The composition range from Plain Carbon and Low Alloy Steel, High mn steel, Heat and Wear Resistant steel, High Tensile Steel, Haste Alloys, and various grades of stainless steels.
The Alloy Steel Foundry is equipped with 1 Introduction furnace and a Moulding line with WBQ-3 Moulding Machine complete with Sand Plant, Core Shooter, Resin sand making plant etc. Castings are done in Green sand, Co2, No Bake process and Shell moulding.
Products manufactured in this section are Axle box housing, Guide, Hanger blocks, Tracks links for tanks and other allied vehicles, Value bodies, Pump bodies, Hammmers, Jaw plates to name a few.
Our clientele comprises of Railways, Defence sector, Automobile companies, OE manufactures, Value manufactures and other general engineering companies.
We have also diversified into manufacturing Graded cast Iron and Precision S G Iron primarily for the Automobile sector. We have installed fully mechanised state of art foundry with 2 nos. Medium Frequency Introduction Furnace of 1 ton capacity each, 2 BMD make Arpa 450 moulding machines, Knock out, Complete Auto Mechanized Sand Plant for fresh and return sand with 2 nos Intensive Sand Mixers of 500 kg capacity each, Sand Bunkers, Cyclone Sand Coolers, Hoppers etc., Fully Automatic Rail Line with Pallet Car, Automatic Pouring Line.
Products manufactured in this unit are Brake Drums, Brake Roters, Brake Hubs, Exhaust Manifolds, Pulleys, Hanger Blocks, Axle Arms, Brackets, Gear Boc Housing, Pistons, Connecting Rods, Crank Shafts, Flangers, Crank Cases and various other castings in Graded Cast Iron and SG Iron.
These are used by various Light and Commercials Vehicles, Refrigeration Industry, Scaffoldings to name a few in India and abroad,.
